摘要
聚氯乙烯是重要的热塑性塑料,其性能好、价格优,被广泛用于各个行业。聚氯乙烯是由氯乙烯经过加压聚合制备的。氯乙烯质量对聚氯乙烯的性能有直接的影响。目前,氯乙烯生产主要采用乙炔法。提高乙炔与氯化氢反应的转化率是提高氯乙烯纯度的关键。就如何提高氯乙烯转化率这一问题进行了讨论,提出了控制氯乙烯转化率的措施。
Polyvinyl chloride is an important thermoplastic,and is widely used in various industries due to its low cost and good performance.Polyvinyl chloride is prepared by pressure polymerization of vinyl chloride.The quality of vinyl chloride has a direct influence on the properties of polyvinyl chloride.At present,the main method for the production of vinyl chloride is the acetylene method.Improving the conversion of acetylene and hydrogen chloride reaction is the key to improve the purity of vinyl chloride.This paper discussed how to improve the conversion rate of vinyl chloride,and put forward the measures to control the conversion rate of vinyl chloride.The problem that how to improve the conversion rate of vinyl chloride was studied in This paper,and the measures to control the conversion of vinyl chloride were put forward.
