当今我国工业经济结构深化调整,能源产业向高端化方向发展,煤化工行业转型升级愈发强烈,各企业正面临着新的发展要求和机遇性挑战,相应的设备管理已然成为企业管理的重要组成部分。分析了煤化工行业中的动设备管理、特种设备管理和备品配件管理的方法和意义,以保证企业生产安全运行,降低企业生产成本,提高企业生产效益。

With deepening economic structure adjustment,the energy industries are developing in the direction of high-technology.The Equipment management has become an important component of the modern enterprise management.In order to ensure the safety in enterprise production operation,reduce the enterprise production cost and improve the production efficiency,analysis of the methods and the significance of the equipment management were analyzed in this paper.
