天竺雾化剂对慢性咽炎动物模型的行为学及病理形态学影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察天竺雾化剂对慢性咽炎模型动物的治疗效应。方法40只新西兰兔随机分为模型组、空白组、布地奈德组、天竺雾化剂组、自然恢复组。除空白组外,其余各组动物均建立慢性咽炎模型。造模完成后,处死并检测空白组和模型组动物;布地奈德组以布地奈德喷剂局部喷雾,天竺雾化剂组以天竺雾化剂局部喷雾治疗,自然恢复组不予药物治疗,疗程10天。治疗结束后处死所有动物,收集标本以供检测。观察比较5组动物的行为学和咽黏膜病理形态学变化。结果与自然恢复组比较,天竺雾化剂组、布地奈德组动物行为学变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但二处理组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病理形态学观察结果也显示,布地奈德、天竺雾化剂可以有效缓解慢性咽炎动物咽黏膜的病理形态学变化。结论天竺雾化剂可以有效改善慢性咽炎动物模型的症状,减轻黏膜肿胀及炎症细胞浸润,促进咽黏膜组织修复。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Tianzhu aerosol(TZA) on rabbits with chronic pharyngitis based on an experimental study. Methods Forty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, i.e. model group(MG), blank group(BG), budesonide treating group(BTG), TZA treating group(TTG), and naturally recovering group(NRG). Except the animals in BG,all other rabbits were prepared as models of chronic pharyngitis. When modeling finished, animals in MG and BG were put into death to detect the associated indexes. Then, animals in BTG were treated by budesonide and those in TTG treated by TZA respectively,with the therapeutic course lasted for 10 days, while ones in NRG untreated at all. By the end of therapeutic course, rabbits in these 3groups were all executed to collect samples for determination of pathohistological indicators. At last, a comparative study was carried out among these 5 groups to evaluate the changes in behaviors and pathohistological indicators. Results As compared with that of NRG, the changes in behaviors of TTG and BTG were markedly statistical significance(P〈0.01), while there was no such statistical significance(P〉0.05) when compared between these two treating groups. Meanwhile, it could be concluded from the pathohistological study that interfering with either budesonide or TZA had brought about effectively improved changes in pathological morphology among the animals of these 2 groups. Conclusion Tianzhu aerosol can effectively improve the symptoms of chronic pharyngitis in animal models, alleviate mucosal swelling and inflammatory cells infiltrating, and promote healing of inflamed pharynx mucosa.
