镍基纳米复合镀层修复表面损伤活塞的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以镍基纳米复合镀层为功能层,采用表面镀覆的方法修复表面损伤的活塞。通过分析测试修复活塞的表面形貌、硬度和耐磨性,得出结论:充当功能层的镍基纳米复合镀层能够提高活塞的表面性能,使修复活塞表面更耐磨损,服役寿命得以延长。 Nickel based nano-composite coating was taken as function coating, and the surfacedamaged piston was repaired by using surface electroplating method. Through analyzing and testing the surface morphology, hardness and wear resistance of the repaired piston using nickel based nano-composite coating, it was concluded that nickel based nano-composite coating which acted as function coating can improve the surface property of piston, and endow the repaired piston excellent wear resistance, then extend the service life.
