摘要
研究了电沉积铝过程中NdFeB磁体在离子液体(AlCl3-EMIC)中浸泡初期的腐蚀行为。结果表明:NdFeB磁体在离子液体中的开路电位约为-0.663V,自腐蚀电流密度为2.399×10-5A/cm2,腐蚀同时受阳极反应和阴极反应过程控制;随着浸泡时间的延长,NdFeB磁体表面呈现较明显的腐蚀点、腐蚀坑,以及出现晶粒脱落现象,腐蚀产物主要为Nd、Fe等的氧化物。NdFeB磁体表面未形成完整的防护性铝膜之前,与离子液体的接触时间应尽量短,不宜超过10min。
Preliminary corrosion behavior of NdFeB magnet in ion liquid [AlCl3-EMIC] during the electrodeposition of aluminum was studied. Results showed that, in ion liquid, the open circuit potential of NdFeB magnet was -0. 663 V and the self-corrosion current density was 2. 399×10^5A/cm^2, and corrosion was controlled simultaneously by anode reaction process and cathode reaction process. As the immersion time prolonged, there were obvious pits on NdFeB magnet surface and grains exfoliation phenomenon was found. The main corrosion products were Nd oxides and Fe oxides. Before the formation of complete protective aluminum membrane on NdFeB magnet surface, the contact time of NdFeB and ion liquid should be as short as possible, preferably not more than 10 min.
