摘要 研究采用《身体自尊水平量表》Physical Self-Perception Profile(简称PSPP)与《身体自尊量表》Body Esteem Scale(简称BES)对江苏省徐州医学院不同锻炼水平女大学生进行随机问卷调查,研究不同锻炼水平女大学生对身体自尊水平的影响,对其体育运动锻炼的频率、运动锻炼持续的时间、运动锻炼的负荷进行调查分析。从而得出结论,加强女子大学生的体育运动锻炼有助于提高女子大学生的身体自尊水平。体育运动锻炼频率、体育运动锻炼持续的时间、体育运动锻炼的负荷这三个因素均对女大学生的身体自尊水平产生一定的影响,而且呈现出较高的正相关关系,三个影响要素中体育运动锻炼的频率与女大学生自尊水平的相关性最高。 The research adopts the Physical self-esteem Scale Physical Self- Perception Profile (PSPP) and the Physical self-esteem Scale Body Esteem Scale (BES) was carried out on the female college students different exercise level, Tongren university random questionnaire survey, research different exercise level of female college students' self-esteem level of influence to the Body, the sports exercise frequency, the duration of the exercise, exercise load were investigated. To come to the conclusion that strengthen the female university students' sports exercise helps to improve the level of female college students' body self-esteem. Sports exercise frequency, the duration of the sports exercise, sports exercise load of these three factors are the female students' body self-esteem level of produce certain effect, and presents a high positive correlation, three factors of sport exercise frequency and female college students' self-esteem level the highest correlation.
