摘要
选择42CrMo和60钢作为试验材料,采用整体加热、踏面喷淬的方式成功试制出了高性能工业车轮。对于高硬度工业用车轮,42CrMo材质的工艺性及使用性优于60钢。
Taking 42CrMo and 60 steel as the test material, the high performance industrial wheel has been trial manufactured successfully by means of the integral heating and the spray quenching on wheel tread. For the high hardness industrial wheel, the processing property and the operational performance of 42CrMo are better than 60 steel.
