摘要
运用知识转移、知识创新和知识存量理论的分析方法,提出知识网络中知识存量非对称性问题。通过案例分析,构建知识存量非对称性演化过程模型。认为在知识转移路径和学习状态的影响作用下,知识存量非对称性经历渗透破缺、弥合破缺、漂变平衡和稳定平衡4个阶段的演化过程。
By using the analysis methods of knowledge transfer,knowledge innovation and knowledge storage,this paper proposes the issue of knowledge storage asymmetry in knowledge network.By case study,the paper constructs evolution process model of knowledge storage asymmetry.The paper believes that by the influence of path and learning status of knowledge transfer,knowledge storage asymmetry goes through 4 phases of evolution process,such as osmotic breaking,closing breaking,drifting balance and stable balance.
