Research on the Knowledge Management Mechanism of Open Collaborative Product Development

[目的/意义]开放式协同产品开发(OCPD)知识管理机制的研究为协同组织从知识管理方面促进产品开发提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献研究与分析的研究方法,在总结OCPD特征和OCPD周期的基础上,分析了OCPD各阶段的知识管理流程以及OCPD的知识影响因素,提出了OCPD的六大管理机制。[结果/结论]开放式协同产品开发的核心是吸收与整合企业内外部知识,使产品开发过程中的知识流活跃起来,为了保证知识流不断螺旋上升,内部知识人才引入机制与外部知识源选择机制为OCPD从源头上保证知识质量;知识共享与交流机制为OCPD内外知识融合提供渠道;知识绩效与奖惩机制为OCPD检验和激励知识创新提供标准;知识保护机制为OCPD知识共享解除后顾之忧。

[Purpose/significance] The research on OCPD（ Open Collaborative Product Development） knowledge management mechanism provides reference to collaborative organization in promoting product development from the aspect of knowledge management.[Method/process] This paper uses the research methods of literature research and analysis to analyze the knowledge management process at various OCPD phases and the knowledge influencing factors of OCPD,and proposes 6 management mechanisms of OCPD based on the summarization of the characteristics and the cycle of OCPD.[Result/conclusion] The core of open collaborative product development is absorbing and integrating the internal and external knowledge of enterprise,thus to activate the knowledge flow in the process of product development.In order to ensure the continuous spiral of knowledge flow,internal knowledge talent introduction and external knowledge source selection mechanism are used to ensure the quality of knowledge from the source for OCPD.And knowledge sharing and exchange mechanism provide channel to knowledge integration for OCPD,the knowledge performance mechanism and the knowledge reward and punishment mechanism offer the criteria for OCPD to test and motivate knowledge innovation,the knowledge protection mechanism guarantees knowledge sharing for OCPD.
