Research on the Method and Model of Patent Analysis Based on the Perspective of Big Data

[目的/意义]目前国内外专利分析普遍存在专利时滞性、价值挖掘少、可视化度低、可推广性差、分析成本高等根本性影响专利分析广泛应用和发展的关键问题,进行基于大数据专利分析方法创新,将直接有助于这些关键问题的解决。[方法/过程]文章分析当今专利分析的方法、模式及其存在的技术性问题,通过分析大数据技术方法及工具,建立了专利分析与大数据之间的技术关联。[结果/结论]提出了基于大数据的专利分析系统的模型,并提出了该系统的功能及应用方面。

[Purpose/significance] At present,there are some key problems which affecting widespread use and development of the patent analysis at home and abroad fundamentally,including high cost,patent time lag,less value mining,poor visualization,and poor generalization.The method innovation of patent analysis based on big data will help to solve these key problems directly.[Method/process] This paper researches on the patent analysis method,model and technical problems,and establishes the technology connection between patent analysis and big data based on the analysis of commonly methods and tools of big data.[Result/conclusion] The paper proposes the model of patent analysis system based on big data,and introduces the function and application of the patent analysis system in detail.
