基于GIS的地市级地震应急指挥技术系统设计与实现

摘要 主要介绍基于GIS的河北省地市级地震应急指挥技术系统设计与实现的总体思路、原理、系统功能。通过该技术系统能在震后第一时间获取震情信息、灾情评估报告、辅助决策信息及活动断裂、交通、人口分布等一系列专题图,为政府了解灾情和制定前期的救灾方案提供科学可靠的依据。 The general idea,principle,system function of design and implement of city earthquake emergency command technology system in Hebei Province based on GIS are introduced in the paper.Through the system,a series of thematic maps about seismic information,disaster assessment report,assistant decision information,active fault,traffic and population can be obtained in the first hours after earthquake.They provide scientific and reliable basis for the government to understand the disaster situation and to make the disaster relief plan.
