Analysis of Quality Affective Factors and Quality Control for High Pressure Autoclave

加压釜是湿法冶金压力浸出工艺中的核心设备,安全性为质量控制的第一要素。本文结合某项目的加压釜情况,从设计、制造、运输、安装和使用等方面,详细分析了各阶段影响加压釜质量的诸多因素,并对过程质量控制提出了明确要求和建议。

High pressure autoclave is the core equipment for hydrometallurgy pressure leaching process. The safety is the primary factor to be considered for the autoclave quality control. In this paper, based on the implementation situation of a pressure leaching project, a detailed analysis is performed for the factors affecting the autoclave quality from aspects including engineering, manufacturing, transportation, instal- lation and operation, some specific requirements and suggestions for autoclave quality control are pro- posed.
