摘要 从经济发展转型升级对高端技术技能人才的需求,分析了高职院校内涵建设的路径。通过对产教融合、校企合作的"准混合所有制"案例分析及具体实践,进一步探讨如何利用校企双方的资源优势,加强在人才培养上深度融合,给一线职业教育工作者以启示。 This paper, starting from the need of high-end talents of technical skills for the economic development and transformation and upgrading, discusses the path of connotation construction of higher vocational colleges. Through the integration of production and education, case study and practice of "quasi mixed ownership" in school enterprise cooperation and practice, this paper further clarifies how to use both school and enterprise resource advantages, strengthens path and methods of in-depth integration in talent cultivation, to lend enlightenment to vocational education.
