"一带一路"战略的提出与实施是我国构建全方位开放新格局和深化改革开放的重大举措,对推动区域协同发展具有重要意义。广西具有独特的区位优势,是"一带一路"海陆丝绸之路的衔接点,具备参与"一带一路"建设的政策优势、产业结构、基础设施等。借力"一带一路",广西应加快中国—中南半岛经济走廊建设、推动投资贸易便利化、构建评价指标体系、完善政策体系等,切实形成面向东盟的国际大通道、西南和中南地区开放发展新的战略支点、21世纪海上丝绸之路和丝绸之路经济带有机衔接的重要门户。

Due to its unique geographical advantage, Guangxi is the convergence point of The Belt and Road. In terms of policy advantage, industrial structure, infrastructure et al., Guangxi meets the demands of participating in the construction of The Belt and Road, so next step, Guangxi should speed up the construction of China-Indo-China Peninsula Economic Corridor, promote the facilitation of trade and investment, construct evaluation index system, and improve the policy system so as to realize the international channel of ASEAN, new strategic pivot of opening and development in Southwest and South Central China, and an important gateway of organic convergence in The Belt and Road.
