摘要
利用新拌料浆法探究黄麻纤维在水泥基复合材料中的分散性.该研究采用分散剂羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC),选取分散剂的质量分数为0.1%~0.3%,并且借助于分散系数、变动系数与差异率的计算和纤维的表面基团分析评价了黄麻纤维在水泥基中的分散效果.结果表明掺入分散剂CMC和HPMC后,黄麻纤维的分散性得到明显改善,且CMC质量分数为0.3%或HPMC质量分数为0.1%时,分散效果较好.同时硅烷偶联剂处理后对黄麻纤维的分散效果较好.
The dispersion of jute fiber in cement composites based on new mix slurry method was explored. Carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC) and hypromellose(HPMC) were used with the concentration of 0.1%~0.3% in this study. The dispersion of jute fiber in cement composites were evaluated by calculated of dispersion coefficient and variation coefficient and variance ratio. The influence were analyzed by FTIR of jute fiber. Experimental results showed that the dispersion of jute fiber in cement composites were improved after added CMC and HPMC. The mass fraction of CMC is 0.3% or the mass fraction of HPMC is 0.1%, the dispersibility of jute fiber is the best. The study also showed that the effects of silane coupling agent are more obvious than others.
