基于职业认同的高校心理健康教师发展研究

A Study on the Development of the Mental Health Education Teachers in Colleges Based on the Professional Identity

心理健康教育是学校教育工作的重要组成部分,心理健康教师对学校心理健康教育工作的开展有着直接影响。职业认同对高校心理健康教师发展有着重要的作用。本研究对影响高校心理健康教师职业认同的因素进行了分析,并提出提高职业认同的方法。

Mental health education is an important part of colleges ＇ education; Mental health education teachers have a direct impact on the colleges＇ mental health education. Professional identity has a significant impact on the development of mental health education teachers. In this study,the affecting factors of the mental health education teachers＇ professional identity are analyzed,and a method is proposed to improve college teachers＇ professional identity.
