高校教师出国研修绩效研究及发展方向

摘要 高校教师出国研修绩效及其影响因素是一个重要的实践问题,同时也是一个重要的研究课题。在充分查阅文献的基础上,发现现有研究,一是主要从培养跨文化胜任力、影响身份塑造和促进专业能力发展等方面来评价高校教师出国研修的绩效;二是分析参与者特征、海外经历、海外学习环境等因素对高校教师出国研修绩效的单独或综合影响。最后,本文指出了现有研究存在的主要问题,也对未来研究的努力方向提出了几点建议。 College teachers' academic performance abroad and its influencing factors are within a significant practical issue and an important research topic. However at present, there is not any related document to introduce its present situation and development trend. Based on an elaborate literature review, this research finds out that the existing research could be classified into two categories: The first type mainly evaluates college teachers' academic performance abroad from the cultivation of intercultural competence, the influence of identity shaping and promotion of professional ability; The second type analyzes characteristics of the participants, performance puts forward Key words: overseas experience, learning environment and theirs influences on colleges teachers' academic abroad. Last but not the least, this paper points out the main problems in existing researches and some suggestions for research in the future.
