摘要
在问卷调查的基础上首先对目前我国职场人士的职业倦怠状况进行了描述性分析。其次对导致职业倦怠的因素进行预处理,获得七个显著因素,在此基础上运用三种不同的模型对职场人士是否产生职业倦怠进行预测分析,结果表明:三个模型中,KNN模型的预测准确率最高,Logistic和LDA模型预测结果比较接近。
