合理优化的产业结构是国民经济持续发展的重要保证,在创新驱动与产业结构的相关理论基础上,对福建省产业结构进行横向及纵向比较,并运用创新驱动指标分析了创新驱动因素对福建省产业结构优化的影响。建议着力围绕产业链打造创新链,强化企业创新主体地位和主导作用,建立更为灵活的人才管理机制,并努力营造良好的创业创新生态环境。

A reasonable optimizing industrial structure is an important guarantee of sustainable development of national economy.The author compares the industrial structure of Fujian province horizontally and vertically based on the theory of innovation-driving and industrial structure and analyzes the influence of innovation-driving indexes on the industrial structure optimization in Fujian province. She then recommends that innovation chain be built surrounding the industry chain, the innovation dominant status and the leading role of enterprises be strengthened, more flexible talent management mechanism be established and good ecological environment of business innovation be created.
