摘要
菌糠是含有丰富的菌丝蛋白、多糖、氨基酸、维生素和微量元素的食用菌下脚料,可有效地应用于兔生产。适当添加到兔饲料中可改善兔的生产性能、神经功能、免疫功能和繁殖性能等,同时提高经济效益。文章综述了菌糠的营养价值、影响菌糠营养成分的因素以及菌糠在兔生产中的应用。
Wasted Material mycelium is a kind of mushroom, which is rich in proteins, polysaccharides, amino acids, vitamins and trace, and can be effectively used in rabbit production. The production performance, nerve function, immune function and reproductive performance of rabbits can be improved, as well as economic efficiency.This paper reviewed the nutritional value of mushroom bran, factors of affecting the nutritional components and the application of mushroom bran in rabbit production.
