白细胞介素-2G/C基因多态性与子宫腺肌症关系的研究被引量：1

摘要目的探讨白介素-2基因G/C多态现象与子宫腺肌症的关系及其对预后的影响。方法采用基因测序的方法确定48例子宫腺肌症患者单核苷酸多态性的等位基因,分析子宫腺肌症的异位内膜与不同的白介素-2基因型之间的关系;采用Logistic回归分析基因型与子宫腺肌症发病及转移的相关性。结果白介素-2基因型在子宫腺肌症组织及正常组织中基因型的分布是不相同的,多因素Logistic回归分析显示,GC及GG两种基因型是子宫腺肌症发病的危险因素;出现异位内膜风险的患者GG基因型的比例要高于未转移子宫腺肌症患者。结论白介素-2的G等位基因是子宫腺肌症的危险因素,GG基因型与子宫腺肌症的异位内膜及预后有相关性。
