摘要
目的探讨钬激光前列腺剜除术(Ho LEP)围手术期加速康复外科(FTS)护理应用效果。方法回顾性分析50例行Ho LEP良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的临床资料,在围手术期实施FTS护理。结果 50例患者均无护理并发症发生,术后快速康复,顺利出院。结论对行Ho LEP患者实施FTS护理能明显减轻患者痛苦,促进术后康复,减少并发症,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the outcome of perioperative application of fast-tract surgery （FTS） nursing care during holmium laser enucleation of prostate （HoLEP）. Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of benign prostate hypertrophy （BPH） patients who underwent holmium laser enucleation of prostate （HoLEP） and perioperative application of FTS nursing care were conducted. Results None of the cases studied showed nursing care complications. There was early postoperative recovery with early hospital discharge. Conclusion Implementation of FTS nursing care in patients who have undergone HoLEP can reduce postoperative pain and complications, promote patients＇ early recovery and satisfaction.
