系统性红斑狼疮患者血清白细胞介素-1家族及白细胞介素-34水平 被引量:2

Serum Interleukin-1 Family and Interleukin-34 Levels in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

摘要 目的检测系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者血清白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1家族和IL-34水平,探讨其在SLE中的作用。方法采用蛋白芯片技术测定6例SLE患者及6名正常对照者血清IL-1家族成员水平;采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定67例SLE组及86名正常对照组血清IL-34水平。结果与正常对照组相比,SLE组血清IL-1家族成员中IL-18和IL-36β水平升高[(21 405.00±3 098.96)pgml vs.(10 096.00±1 162.09)pgml,(275.50±78.75)pgml vs.(144.83±45.37)pgml,均P<0.05];IL-36Ra水平降低[(902.00±361.29)pgml vs.(2 916.00±1489.56)pgml,P<0.05];另外,SLE组血清IL-34水平明显高于正常对照组[(100.36±70.38)pgml vs.(41.90±6.89)pgml,P<0.000 1],差异均有统计学意义。结论 SLE患者血清IL-18、IL-36β、IL-34水平升高,IL-36Ra水平降低,参与SLE发病。 Objective To detect serum interleukin( IL)-1 family and IL-34 level in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus( SLE),and primarily explore their role in the pathogenesis of SLE. Methods Serum IL-1family levels in 6 SLE patients and 6 normal controls were measured by protein chip technique. Serum IL-34 levels in 67 SLE patients and 86 normal controls were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Data were analyzed with t test. Results As compared with those in normal controls,serum IL-18 and IL-36β levels of IL-1 family in SLE patients were significantly increased [( 21 405. 00 ±3 098. 96) pg / ml vs.( 10 096. 00 ± 1 162. 09) pg / ml,( 275. 50 ± 78. 75) pg / ml vs.( 144. 83 ± 45. 367)pg / ml,both P 〈0. 05]; and serum IL-36 Ra level was significantly decreased [( 902. 00 ± 361. 29) pg / ml vs.( 2 916. 00 ± 1 489. 56) pg / ml,P 〈0. 05]. In addition,serum IL-34 level was significantly higher in SLE patients than in normal controls [( 100. 36 ± 70. 38) pg / ml vs.( 41. 90 ± 6. 89) pg / ml,P 〈0. 000 1].Conclusion The serum levels of IL-18,IL-36β,and IL-34 are increased and IL-36 Ra level is decreased in SLE,which suggest that cytokines network imbalance is involved in SLE.
