摘要
微生物广泛存在于口腔、胃肠道黏膜、皮肤和阴道,包括细菌、真菌、病毒、支原体等,其中细菌占支配地位,其与人体免疫系统有着错综复杂的关系。本研究团队通过元基因组关联分析法,揭示了口腔和肠道微生物菌群成分和功能的改变可能与类风湿关节炎的致病和保护机制相关,并基于上述结果构建了区分类风湿关节炎患者和健康对照人群的高精度分类诊断模型。
Microbes reside in several anatomical locations including the mouth,gastrointestinal tract,skin and vagina. These include bacteria,fungi,viruses,mycoplasma,and bacteria predominate over others,they set up an complicate relationship with our immune system. Our MGWAS identified that compositional and functional alterations in the gut and oral microbiomes may be associated with the pathogenetic and protective mechanisms of RA. And diagnostic models to differentiate patients with RA from healthy controls were generated based on this result.
