摘要
针对我国地铁运营安全事故频发的现状,为提高地铁运营安全管理水平,本文旨在研究地铁运营危险源定量评价方法并构思管理信息系统设计。基于对地铁运营人、物、环境、管理等四类危险源的具体辨识,先从地铁运营安全事故发生的概率和造成的损失量两个角度建立风险矩阵,对危险源做出局部评价并划分风险等级,随后提出运用SOM神经网络模型对地铁运营危险源做整体评价。最后借助无线射频识别技术、基于Hadoop平台的大数据管理等对前述决策支持信息进行采集和分析,构建具有实时监测、分析评价和自动控制等三个核心功能的管理信息系统,从而协助地铁公司实现对地铁运营危险源的全过程、全方位智能化管理。
Nowadays safety accidents of metro operation are happening with an increasing frequency in our country. In order to improve the safety management level of metro operation, this paper concentrates on the quantitative evaluation methods of the risk sources in metro operation and designs the management information system for metro operation. First, the risk sources in metro operation are identified from four aspects that are the human, the object, the environment and the management. Then, to make partial evaluation of them, the risk matrix is established by the probability and the loss of the safety accident in metro operation, and the risk level is classified. Afterwards, S0M neural network model is applied to make integral evaluation of risk sources in metro operation. Finally, it uses radio frequency identification technology and big data management based on Hadoop platform to collect and analyze the aforementioned decision support information. Accordingly, the management information system with three core functions: real-time monitoring, analysis and evaluation, automatic control, is established to assist the metro company to realize the whole-process and whole-aspect intelligent management for risk source in metro operation.
