摘要
通过对风机节能技术在运行控制及应用效果的方面进行分析研究,实践证明该技术优化风机防喘振系统,降低放散量提高风机运行效率,而且带来更低的能源消耗和更高的经济效益,从而大幅度提高风机和高炉的安全性。
This paper analyzes and researches on fan energy-saving technology in operation control and its application effect. Practice has proved that the technology to optimize the air blower antisurge system, and reduce bleeding quantity to improve the efficiency of the fan can reduce energy consumption and improve economic benefit, and greatly improves the security of the fan and a blast furnace.
