摘要
通过对汾西重工十多年的科技人员薪酬体制的变革研究,提出了新形势下科研人员的多种薪酬激励方式,为企业实现创新驱动发展提供了强有力的支撑。
By analysis on Fenxi Heavy Industry transformation of the technical personnel salary system research, this paper proposed the new form under a variety of salary incentive mode of scientifie research personnel, for enterprises to realize innovation driven development provides a strong support.
