瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者的调脂作用及其机制

Effect of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin on lipid regulation in patients with coronary heart disease and its mechanism

目的 对比瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者的调脂作用,分析其作用机制。方法 选取我院2015年3月-2016年3月收治的104例冠心病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组52例。试验组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对照组患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组患者治疗8周后的血脂水平,血脂达标率和不良反应发生率。结果 试验组患者治疗8周后血清总胆固醇（TC）,三酰甘油（TG）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。TG达标率和LDL-C达标率分别为73.08%和69.23%,均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。试验组不良反应发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的11.54%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 瑞舒伐他汀较阿托伐他汀能更显著地改善冠心病患者的血脂水平,且安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the lipid metabolism of rosuvastatin and atorvastatinon patients with coronary heart disease and analysis the mechanism. Methods 104 patients with coronary heart disease of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experience group.Each group included 52 patients. The experience group was given rosuvastatin tablets treatment and the control group was given atorvastatin tablets treatment.The lipid levels,blood lipids compliance rate and adverse reaction rates were compared after 8 weeks treat- ment.Results The level of TC,TG and HDL-C in experience group was significant lower than that of the control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The level of LDL-C was significant higher than that of the control group with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The TG and LDL-C compliance rate were 73.08%,69.23% respectively,which Was significant higher than that of the control group respectively （P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of experience group was 7.69%,which was lower than 11.54% in the control group with no statistical differenc （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the atorvastatin,rosuvastatin can more significantly improve the lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease with higher security.It is worthy of promotion.
