空气波压力治疗仪预防剖宫产产妇术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理效果观察

Nursing effects observation of using air wave pressure therapeutic appara-tus in prevention lower extremity deep venous thrombosis for parturient after cesarean section

目的 探讨剖宫产产妇术后应用空气波压力治疗仪疗法预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理效果观察。方法 选择2014年8月-2015年6月本院收治的剖宫产产妇100例,均进行空气波压力治疗仪疗法,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。观察组进行规范化干预护理,对照组进行基础护理,两组均护理两周,比较两组产妇术后DVT的发生情况、护理依从性情况及PT、TT、APTT、PLT等指标。结果 观察组下肢深静脉血栓形成的总发生率为6.0%,明显低于对照组的48.0%;观察组护理依从性为84.0%,明显高于对照组的60.0%,而观察组患者PT、TT、APTT、PLT等各临床指标水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 剖宫产产妇术后应用空气波压力治疗仪疗法预防DVT的护理,可显著降低术后DVT的发生情况,改善各项凝血指标,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effects of using air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus in prevention lower extremity deep venous thrombosis for parturient after cesarean section.Methods 100 post cesarean section parturient from August 2014 to June 2015 of our hospital were selected and all of them were given air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus treatment.Parturient were divided into control group and observation group according to randomly number table,and each group was 50 cases.Parturient in observation group were given standard prevention nursing,and parturient in control group were given routine nursing.Two groups were given nursing for 2 weeks.The occurrence situation of postoperative DVT and compliance of nursing were compared.The index of PT,TT,APTT and PLT in two groups were compared.Results The total incidence rate of occurrence situation of DVT in observation group was 6.0%,obvious lower than that was 48.0% in control group;the compliance of nursing in observation group was 84.0%,obvious higher than that was 60.0% in control group;The clinical index liked PT,TT,APTT and PLT in observation group was obvious better than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus in prevention lower extremity deep venous thrombosis for parturient after cesarean section can obvious decrease the occurrence situation of postoperative DVT,improve various coagulation indexes and with definite clinical effects.It is worth to popularize in clinical.
