快速康复外科理念在外科腹外疝护理中的应用观察

Application observation of concept of rapid rehabilitation onsurgery abdominal external hernia nursing

目的 探讨快速康复理念对患有腹外疝疾病的患者在接受外科治疗期间实施护理的临床效果。方法 选择我院2013年12月-2015年12月收治的接受外科治疗腹外疝疾病患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规外科手术护理模式实施护理,观察组采用快速康复理念实施护理。比较两组患者在外科手术后下床活动时间和住院治疗总时间、在腹外疝疾病手术治疗的围术期内出现的不良反应例数、对腹外疝疾病外科手术治疗期间的护理服务满意度。结果 观察组外科手术后下床活动时间为（0.86±0.45）d、住院治疗总时间为（7.68±1.94）d,明显短于对照组的（3.69±1.04）d、（10.53±2.76）d,差异有统计学意义（t1=11.9673,t2=13.2980,P〈0.05）;在腹外疝疾病手术治疗的围术期内出现的不良反应例数为1例,明显少于对照组的8例,差异有统计学意义（χ-2=4.39,P〈0.05）;对腹外疝疾病外科手术治疗期间的护理服务满意度为95.3%,明显高于对照组的78.5%,差异有统计学意义（χ-2=4.47,P〈0.05）。结论 应用快速康复理念对患有腹外疝疾病的患者在接受外科治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effects of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation on patients with abdominal external hernia conducting nursing undergoing surgical treatment.Methods 84 abdominal external hernia patients from December 2013 to December 2015,accepted surgery treatment of our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group was 42 cases.Pateints in control group were used routine surgery operation nursing mode,and patients in observation group were used rapid rehabilitation concept.Postoperative time to get out of bed,total length of hospitalization,number of adverse reactions occurred in the perioperative period of surgical treatment of abdominal external hernia and the satisfaction of nursing service during the surgical treatment of abdominal external hernia in two groups were compared.Results The postoperative time to get out of bed and total length of hospitalization in observation group were respectively（0.86±0.45）d and（7.68±1.94）d,obvious lower than that were respectively（3.69±1.04）d and（10.53±2.76）d in control group,with the significant difference（t1=11.9673,t2=13.2980,P〈0.05）.The number of adverse reactions occurred in the perioperative period of surgical treatment of abdominal external hernia was 1 case,obvious less than that was 8 cases in control group, with the significant difference（χ-2=4.39,P〈0.05）;The satisfaction of nursing service during the surgical treatment of abdominal external hernia was 95.3%,obvious higher than that was 78.5% in control group, with the significant difference（χ-2=4.47,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of using concept of rapid rehabilitation on patients with abdominal external hernia conducting nursing undergoing surgical treatment is very obvious,It is worthy of popularization and application.
