护理告知程序在普外科全身麻醉手术患者中的应用效果

Application effects of nursing informing procedure in patients with gener-al anesthesia in department of general surgery

目的 探讨普外科全身麻醉手术患者实施全过程的护理告知,让其简单、扼要了解手术和复苏的全过程,使其尽早顺利地渡过手术全过程,从而保证手术护理质量。方法 随机选取2015年5月1日-10月31日192例普外科全麻手术患者,将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规围术期护理,研究组在常规的基础上实施围术期全过程的护理告知程序,包括患者进入手术室的各种必须的医疗护理干预以及术后苏醒期间唤醒告知、语言告知、患者可能出现的不适、护患之间沟通的方式、方法等多方面的内容,观察两组麻醉复苏期各种情况并进行对比。结果 研究组恢复自主呼吸时间、睁眼时间、握拳运动时间、拔管时间等均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组复苏总时间、术后住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组无发生意外拔管例数,而对照组出现4例意外拔管,其中有3例患者需重新插管处理。结论 全身麻醉手术患者实施护理告知程序,能有效、安全、快速渡过手术复苏时段,减少复苏期意外拔管的发生,缩短住院时间,缩短计划拔管时间等。

Objective To explore the implementation of the whole process of nursing in patients with general anesthesia in department of general surgery,let it simply and briefly understand the whole process of surgery and recovery and make it as early as possible to successfully transition the whole process of surgery,in order to ensure the quality of surgical care.Methods 192 patients were selected from department of general surgery anesthesia operation from May1,2015 to October 31,were randomly divided into study group and control group.Patients in control group were given routine perioperative nursing,and patients in study group were given perioperative nursing informing procedure on the basis of routine,various medical nursing intervention that patients into the operation room and postoperative waking period wake up inform,language inform,patients may appear discomfort,the way of communication between nurses and patients were included.Various situations during anesthesia recovery in two groups were observed and compared.Results Recovery spontaneous breathing time,open eyes time,first movement time and extubation time in study group were obvious shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）;The recovery total time and postoperative hospital stay in study group were obvious shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）;Any accident extubation occurred in study group,but 4 cases accident extubation occurred in control group and 3 cases needed reintubation.Conclusion Implementation of nursing informing procedure for patients undergoing general anesthesia can effective,safety and fast through the recovery period,decrease the incidence of accident extubation during recovery period,decrease hospital stay and shorten planned extubation time.
