摘要 以聚天冬氨酸(PASP)为阻垢成分,模拟卤水真空制盐温度参数,通过静态阻垢实验考察了其在卤水中的阻垢性能。在卤水体系中PASP对硫酸钙垢有较高的阻垢率,使用量15ppm阻垢率达95%以上。经与有机膦成分复配后,对卤水体系中的硫酸钙和碳酸钙两种主要钙垢均有很高的阻垢率,可满足盐矿企业制盐工艺中对换热器和蒸发罐的防结垢要求。 Using polyaspartic acid (PASP) as scale inhibition, the performance of PASP in the brine was investigated by static scale experiments through simulated the parameter of temperature in brine vacuum salt-manufacturing process. It was found that the PASP has a high inhibitiorL rate for calcium sulfate scale in the brine system. And the inhibition rate can reach more than 95% when the usage of PASP is above 15ppm. The PASP compounded with organic phosphorus has a high scale inhibition rate for both calcium sulfate scale and calcium carbonate scale in the brine system. That makes it can meet the anti-scaling requirements for the heat exchanger and evaporation tank in salt-manufacturing process.
