不同保存条件对黄秋葵种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Different Storage Conditions on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth in Okra(Abelmoschus esculentus)

摘要 为探索黄秋葵适宜的保存条件,检测了2种保存时间(7 d和30 d)和3种不同保存温度(常温、-4℃、-20℃)下黄秋葵种子萌发和幼苗生长情况。结果表明随着保存时间的延长,湖南五福、福建杨贵妃种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均明显降低。3份材料幼苗株高和叶片叶绿素含量也有随保存时间延长而降低的趋势。2种保存时间,常温保存下3份材料种子的萌发情况以及幼苗的生长状况总体优于-4℃和-20℃下。提示常温条件可能适宜黄秋葵种子的短期保存。 The seed germination and seedling growth in okra under two kinds of storage time (7 d and 30 d ) and three different storage temperatures (room temperature,-4 ℃,-20 ℃ )conditions were preliminary investigated. The results showed that germination rate, germination energy, germination index,vigor index of "Kaliba" and "Wufu" were all descend along with increasing storage duration. Similar trends were also observed in plant height and chlorophyll content of leaf in okra. Seed germination and seedling growth of the three tested okra under storage condition of room temperature were better than that of -4 ℃ and -20 ℃.It may be suitable for the short-term preservation of okra seeds under room temperature conditions.
