摘要
建立了改进的GC-MS方法分析底泥中7种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)。样品经20 m L乙腈+水(3+1)混合溶液作提取剂超声提取,使用Qu ECh ERs方法净化。底泥样品经HP-5MS色谱柱分离后,7种PAEs在15 min内均完全出峰,且在0.1~50.0滋g/m L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,平均加标回收率为80.2%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~9.7%,检出限为0.01~0.05 mg/kg。此法适宜应用于底泥中7种PAHs的检测。
An improved method was developed for the determination of 7 PAEs in pond sediment by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The samples were extracted with 20 mL acetonitrile aqueous solution(3+1 ) by ultrasound method. The extract solution was purified by using QuEChERs method with dispersive solid-phase extraction purification centrifuge tube. The samples were analyzed by GC-MS with HP-5MS column,7 kinds of PAEs in well separated within 15 minutes. The calibration curves for 7 kinds of PAEs in the range of 0.1-50.0 Ixg/mL had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients not less than 0.995.The average spiked recoveries ranged from 80.2% to 104.0% with relative standard deviations of 2.5%- 9.7%. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.01-0.05 mg/kg. The method was suitable for application in the determination of 7 kinds of PAEs in pond sediment.
