摘要
在提出开放式创新十年之际,本文从大数据视角来解析其发展趋势。本文先从动态角度剖析大数据的特征,并归纳提出4C特征,并以此为基础分析其在知识、市场、管理和用户方面给开方式创新带来的挑战,然后从开放式创新的构成、创新空间、商业模式三个视角剖析大数据产生的影响,进而从五个方面归纳出开放式创新的发展趋势,最终得出五点结论:(1)企业在行为动机上开始注重战略获益;(2)在开放对象上逐渐扩散到非相关者;(3)在能力塑造上逐步强调数据性能力;(4)在组织形式上慢慢演变成耦合模式;(5)在适用范围上已经趋于普及。最后从研究方法、过程、层次三方面总结出未来的研究建议,旨在为深入探索"大数据"下的开放式创新提供指导。
In the 10 thanniversary of open innovation,this paper reveals the future development of open innovation from the perspective of big data. Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of Big Data from the dynamic perspective,this paper concludes the feature of "4C". Based on this,the paper exposes the challenges of big data to open innovation from the angle of knowledge,market,management and customer. And then this paper dissects the impact of big data on open innovation from three perspectives,which include constitution of open innovation,innovation space and business model. By summarizing the future development of open innovation from five aspects,this paper gets the following five conclusions:( 1) paying more attention to strategic benefits,( 2) spreading gradually to non- stakeholders,( 3) emphasizing stably on the abilities based on data,( 4) evolving slowly into couple- model,and( 5) becoming popular. Finally,this paper gives some advice from three aspects,including methods,procedures and level,which is constructive to exploring open innovation deeply in the era of big data.
