摘要
针对里伍铜矿采空区安全问题和下一步矿体回采安全问题,分别提出了分级尾砂胶结充填方案、全尾砂胶结充填方案和废石胶结充填方案,并且对3个充填方案从系统建设成本、主要技术经济指标和方案优缺点等方面进行了系统对比分析,结果表明,分级尾砂胶结充填方案建设成本627.77万元,充填成本39.00元/t,均优于其他备选方案,且优点明显,最终确定实施分级尾砂胶结充填方案。
Aimed at the safety problems of goal and next min- ing, three cemented filling schemes were put forward, inclu- ding total tailings filling system, classified tailings filling system and waste rock filling system. And the three schemes were systematically compared and analyzed from construc- tion cost, main techno-economic indexes, advantages and disadvantages. The results showed that the construction cost and filling cost of classified tailings filling system were re- spectively 6.2777 million RMB and 39 RMB per ton with ob- vious advantages, which both were superior to other schemes'. Therefore, the classified tai[ings filling system was determined for the mine.
