城市生活垃圾焚烧炉渣对水质除磷效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 城市生活垃圾经过焚烧后的炉渣具有广阔的利用前景,是一种较为理想的磷聚填料。研究了磷初始浓度、pH、炉渣粒径以及反应温度对炉渣除磷效果的影响。结果表明:(1)炉渣对KH_2PO_4溶液中的磷具有较好的去除效果,最佳反应时间为3.0h;(2)磷脱除量随磷初始浓度的增加而增加,而磷的去除率呈降低趋势;(3)磷脱除量随pH的增加呈先降低后增加趋势,酸性条件下炉渣对磷具有较高的去除效果;炉渣颗粒越小,对磷的吸附去除效果越好;(4)炉渣对磷的吸附符合Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程,相关系数均达显著水平,且Langmuir等温吸附方程拟合效果更优;(5)炉渣中的磷形态主要为钙结合态磷(包括Ca_2-P、Ca_8-P、Ca_(10)-P)、铝结合态磷(Al-P)和铁结合态磷(Fe-P),其中以Ca_(10)-P形态最多(78.96%)。 Urban waste incineration slag has broad prospects for utilization,and is a good wastewater phosphor- us removal material. The effects of initial concentration of KH2 PO4, pH, particle size and reaction temperature on phosphorus removal with urban waste incineration slag were studied. The results as follows: (1) urban waste inciner- ation slag had a better phosphorus removal of KH2PO4 ,and the best reaction time was 3.0 h. (2) The phosphorus re moval increased and phosphorus removal rate decreased with the increasing concentration of K H2 PO4. (3) The phos- phorus removal first decreased and then increased with the increasing concentration of KH2 PO4. Under the acidic con- ditions,urban waste incineration slag had a higher phosphorus removal quantity. The smaller particle size of urban waste incineration slag,the better removal effect to phosphorus. (4) Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms were found to fit the data of phosphorus adsorption with incinerator slag well at a significant level, and phosphorus adsorption was best described by the Langmuir isotherms. (5) The phosphorus in urban waste incineration slag included Ca2-P, Gas-P, Ca10-P, A1-P and Fe-P, mainly in form of Ca10-P (78.96 %).
