摘要
推动农业发展方式转变,关键在于找准撬动农业发展方式转变的支点,寻找转变农业发展方式"不等式"之解。促进农业发展方式转变顺畅进行,需要在认识和制度层面下功夫:促进土地流转集中,既要有紧迫感,又要有耐心;坚守资源节约、环境友好的农业政策目标,当产量和自给率步入下降通道时,要保持战略定力;准确把握绿色发展的精髓,让农业"绿起来"绝不是要退回到工业文明之前的传统农业;既要为农业生产者提供利益诱导,又要建立健全相关法律法规。
The key to promote the transformation of agricultural development mode is to find the fulcrum, looking for the answer the ＂inequality＂ of the transformation of agricultural development mode.
