摘要
自G20升级为领导人峰会以来,中国在G20中的角色经历了从"被动参与者"到"核心参与者",再到"引领者和国际规则制定者"的变迁。中国在G20中的角色定位的变迁凸显了中国在全球治理中的地位变化。中国在G20未来的角色定位要与中国综合实力、责任付出相匹配,要积极发挥引领作用,促进建立公正合理的世界经济秩序。中国要扮演好这个角色,应完善并弘扬中国特色新型全球治理体系;打造鲜明的"中国印象";促进全球治理的主体多元化;采取合作化的方式,渐进式地推进全球治理体系改革。
Since the G20 upgrade to the leadership summit, China＇s role in G20 has experienced great changes from the passive participants to the core participants, and then to the leader and the international rule makers. The change of China＇s role in G20 highlights the change of China＇s position in global governance. China＇s role in G20 in the future should match with China＇s comprehensive strength and responsibility. China should actively play a leading role in promoting the establishment of a just and equitable world economic order. To play the role, China should improve and develop the new system of global governance with Chinese characteristics, create a distinct impression of China, promote the diversification of the main body of global governance and take cooperation to gradually push forward reform of the global governance system.
