摘要
提出一种考虑不同电能质量等级下的谐波责任划分方法。首先,计算公共连接点的电压总谐波畸变率,对PCC点进行电能质量等级划分;其次,根据划分的电能质量等级对谐波电压、谐波电流数据进行分段处理,利用偏最小二乘法计算每段谐波责任;最后,求加权求和得到关注时间段的谐波责任。为验证方法的有效性,在IEEE13节点测试系统上做了仿真分析。结果表明,该方法综合考虑到电能质量的影响,较传统方法更为合理。
A new method is proposed to evaluate the indi- vidual harmonic responsibility of harmonic sources considering the power quality level. First of all, the total harmonic distor- tion of voltage at the common coupling point is estimated. Second, data of the harmonic: voltage and the harmonic current are divided into different data segments according to the power quality level classified, and the harmonic responsibility of each segment is estimated in the partial least squares method. Finally, the weighted sum is calculated to get the final harmonic responsibility. The proposed method is tested on the IEEE 13- bus test system. The result shows that the proposed approach considering the influence of the power quality is more reaso- nable compared with the traditional method.
