摘要 网络信息污染成为网络社会一个不容回避的问题,但目前研究中对这一问题的定性描述,难以让公众形成正确的认知。为了解信息污染的分布和变化趋势,本研究基于内容分析法,以12321互联网不良与垃圾信息举报中心9年间发布的70份报告为分析样本,从网络信息污染的来源、类型和变化趋势等方面进行了比较分析和统计检验。研究结果显示,来自移动终端的恶意手机APP已经成为网络信息污染中的突出矛盾。在此基础上,提出信息污染治理的工作重心应当向移动互联网倾斜等政策建议。 Network information pollution has become an unavoidable social problem. However, file qualitative research on this problem is described, thus making it difficult for the public to form a correct cognition. In order to figure out the distribution and the tendency of the information pollution, with 70 samples released by the Intemet harmful and spam report center ( 12321 center) in 9 years, the aspects of network information pollution sources, types and the changing tendency are analyzed in this pa- per based on content' analysis method and statistical test. Research results showed that malicious mobile phone APPs from the mo- bile terminal had become a prominent contradiction in the network information pollution. On this basis, the paper suggested that the focus of the information pollution control work should be tilted to the mobile Intemet. Besides, some other pohcy recommenda- tions were proposed.
