摘要
为了探讨不同核桃品种及优系的抗寒机制,以核桃生长期叶片和休眠期一年生枝条为试材,应用石蜡切片法、生理生化指标测定法,测定分析叶片结构、枝条生理生化指标与抗寒性之间的相关性。SAS统计分析结果表明,栅栏组织厚度和叶片厚度、细胞结构紧密度(CTR值)是影响抗寒性的主要组织结构指标,其叶片抗寒性强弱排序为:金薄丰>金薄香1号>香玲>西林2号。在低温胁迫下,西扶1号、辽核1号、礼品2号当年生枝条的过氧化物酶(POD)活性和可溶性蛋白含量比较高;而优系FY-2、礼品2号、金薄香6号等品种的脯氨酸(FAS)含量和可溶性糖含量比较高。因此,核桃品种的抗寒性是植物适应环境的一个复杂的调控过程。
To reveal mechanism of cold tolerance of different varieties of walnut and superior lines, walnut leaves and dormant annual branches were used to measurement of leaf structure, physiological and biochemical indicators and branches of the correlation between cold resistance by paraffin section method, physiological and biochemical index determination method. Comprehensive index results showed that leaf thickness and palisade tissue thickness, cellular structure tightness(CTR)were the main factors related to the hardiness. The cold resistance for 4 cultivars was in order of JinbaofengJinbaoxiang 1 XianglingXilin 2. Under low temperature stress, peroxidase(POD)activity and soluble protein content in Xifu1, Liaohe 1 and Lipin 2 in annual branches were high. And proline and soluble sugar content in FY- 2, Lipin 2 and Jinbaoxiang 6 were high. Therefore, the cold resistance of different walnut varieties is a complex regulatory process adapt to the environment.
