摘要
信息技术、智能制造为代表的技术创新浪潮引发了全球新一轮工业革命。在此背景下,国务院于2015年5月发布了中国版的工业4.0规划,即"中国制造2025",指出制造业生产智能化的发展方向及其对高胜任力(高素质复合型)技能人才的需求趋势。但目前"中国制造2025"所需高胜任力技能人才匮乏,并在其培养过程中还存在诸多问题,将制约我国制造业的发展。对此,在梳理了国内外技能人才胜任力的界定与培养成果基础上,从当前我国制造业技能人才需求状况及培养现状入手,提出了开展科学引导技能人才培养工作的相关策略。
These days the Chinese manufacturing industry has been pressed to shift from traditional production management practi- ces to an advanced level to keep up with the rapid development of modern science-technology in China.Against this background, the requirements for training multi-skilled workers for Chinese manufacturing industries are becoming increasingly demanding.Unfortunately there is a big gap between the requirements and the methods of training of multi-skilled workers because of problems in the system of human resource management. Firstly this paper analyzes the requirements for training programs for multi-skilled workers. Secondly it analyzes the difficult challenges facing Chinese manufacturing industries. Finally it suggests how Chinese manufacturers regard new me- thods of trainin- multi-skilled workers in a highly competitive environment.
