基于数字脉冲成形技术的HPGe γ谱仪系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 为满足高能量分辨率γ能谱测量要求,设计了基于数字脉冲成形技术的HPGeγ谱仪系统。该系统由前端电路、数字信号处理模块和上位机软件3部分组成,实现了8 192道能谱测量。本文对前端电路的设计及数字脉冲成形参数的选择进行了介绍,并用^(60) Co、^(134) Cs、^(137) Cs和^(152) Eu源对该系统进行了初步测试。测试结果表明,基于数字脉冲成形技术的HPGeγ谱仪系统对1 332keV能量峰的能量分辨率为1.8keV;^(152) Eu特征能量峰与相应道址的线性拟合参数R^2=0.999 993。该系统可满足高能量分辨率γ能谱测量要求。 In order to meet the requirement ofγspectrometry for high energy resolution,a HPGeγspectrometry based on digital pulse shaping technology was designed.The HPGeγspectrometry with the full energy scale of 8 192 channels,consists of frontend circuit,digital pulse processing module and upper computer software.The design of front-end circuit and the selection of the digital pulse shaping parameters in the digital pulse processing module were introduced.Meanwhile,the sources of ^60 Co,^134Cs,^137 Cs and ^152 Eu were applied to test the HPGeγspectrometry.The test results show that the energy resolution for 1 332 keV peak of ^60 Co is 1.8keV.The linear fitting factor R^2 between peaks of ^152 Eu and their corresponding channels can reach 0.999 993.The designed HPGeγspectrometry can meet the requirement ofγspectrometry for high energy resolution.
