蓄热式卧式钢包烘烤器在韶钢的运用 被引量:4

摘要 通过对韶钢蓄热式卧式钢包烘烤器运行工况的现场测试和分析计算,研究了钢包烘烤器的燃烧效率、热效率、污染物排放和蓄热室阻力特性,对其加热能力和工作性能也进行了综合分析。结果表明,该类型蓄热式卧式钢包烘烤器的燃烧效率达到98%以上,热效率为36.86%,钢包内加热温度分布均匀,可以较好地满足钢包烘烤要求;在最大供气能力情况下,送风阻力和排烟阻力分别为2241Pa(~224mmH2O)、485Pa(-49mmH2O),工作性能良好;出口烟气NO,的浓度降低到4×10^-6,远低于排放标准,符合环保要求。 The combustion efficiency, thermal efficiency, heating capacity and working performance, pollutant emission and pressure drop of regenerator chamber were studied. The heating capacity and working performance are analyzed by testing and analyzing the working situation of horizontal regenerative ladle heating equipment. The results show that the combustion efficiency of ladle heating can reach more than 98%, the thermal efficiency arrived 36. 86%, and the heating temperature distribution in the ladle was uniformly, it can better meet the requirements of ladle heating. In the case of maximum supplying ability, the blow pressure drop and exhaust pressure drop were about 2241Pa ( - 224mmH2O), 485Pa ( - 49mmH20) respectively. The concentration of NOX in the outlet of flue gas was about 41× 10^ -6, lower than discharge standard, which was in accordance with the requirements of environmental protection.
