干熄焦锅炉汽包液位测量分析与补偿

摘要 采用平衡容器加差压变送器的方式测量干熄焦锅炉汽包液位时,差压变送器的测量范围及迁移量均按正常运行时工作压力汽包内的饱和蒸汽密度和饱和水密度计算求得。实际上,从开工到正常运行,汽包压力是从零逐渐达到设计压力的,而汽包内的饱和蒸汽密度和饱和水密度随压力变化很大,因此,汽包水位的测量会产生很大的误差,误差随压力降低而越来越大。通过补偿公式及线性回归方程,提出对汽包水位测量的压力补偿方法,并在实践中取得良好的效果。 With the method of balance containers and differential pressure transmitter measuring CDQ steam drum level, measuring range and transfer of pressure difference transmitter were according to the normal operation of the pressure inside the drum of saturation vapor and saturated water density scheduler calculation was obtained. But, in fact from the start to during normal operation of the steam drum pressure from zero gradually to meet the design pressure, and the drum of saturation vapor and saturated water density change with pressure, so in the process of the change, steam drum water level measurement will produce great error, and the error increasing with the decreasing pressure. Through the compensation formula and the linear regression equation, the steam drum water level measurement of pressure compensation method was proposed, and got good effect in practice.
