摘要
目的研究Tlwist和z0.1在卵巢癌和正常卵巢组织中的表达及其分布特点,并探讨二者在卵巢癌表达中的相关性及其与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测卵巢癌患者手术切除标本癌组织及正常卵巢组织中Tlwist和ZO-1的表达水平,并与肿瘤的分级和分期进行统计学分析。结果Twist在卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率(76.0%,38/50)高于正常卵巢组织(20.O%,4/20),差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05);ZO-1在卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率(32%,16/50)低于正常组织(85.0%,17/20),差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05);Twist和ZO·1的表达水平在卵巢癌的不同分级和分期中的表达差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05);二者在卵巢癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.76,P〈O.05)。结论Twist和ZO-1在卵巢癌组织中表达的变化可能与肿瘤的发生发展有关;Twist和ZO-1联合检测可作为评估卵巢癌转移与预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and distribution &Twist and ZO-1 in epithelial ovarian cancer and to explore the correlation hetweenTwistandZO-1 in ovarian cancer. Methods lmmunohistoehemicalmethod (SPmethod) was used to detect the expression ofTwist and ZO-1 in 50 cases of ovarian cancer tissue and 20 cases of normal tissue of patient.The clinicopathologic characteristics and tumor staging were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of Twist was76.0% ( 38/50 ) in ovarian cancer, 20.0 % ( 4/20 ) in the normal tissue of other patients, There were significant differences ( P〈0.05 ) .The positive rate of ZO-1 was 32.0% ( 16/50 ) in ovarian cancer, significantly lower than that in the normal tissue 85.0% ( 17/20 ) ( P〈0.05 ) .The expression of Twist and ZO-1 were associated with tumor staging and grading in ovarian cancer patients ( P〈0.05 ) . There was a negative correlation between the expression of Twist and ZO-1 in ovarian cancer patients. Conclusions The the high express of Twist and low express of ZO-I may be concerned with the genesis and the development of human epithelial ovarian cancer.The combined detection of Twist and ZO-1 expression may be used in assessing the metasasis and predicting the clinical prognosis of adenocarcinoma ovarian cancer.
