血液透析中相关护理分析

目的分析血液透析中综合护理的临床应用。方法 选取2016年1月至4月18例接受血液透析治疗的患者作为观察对象，均接受静滴碳酸氢钠进行血液透析治疗，并给予综合性护理，分析观察血液透析相关症状发生情况及护理满意度。结果血液透析期间，患者低血压、恶心呕吐、皮肤瘙痒等血液透析相关症状发生率均为11．11％，护理满意度平均评分为（93．25±2．14）分。结论在血液透析中综合护理，可减少血液透析患者透析相关症状的发生率，提高护理满意度，建议在临床上进行推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of statically dropping baking soda combined with comprehensive nursing. Methods 18 cases of patients treated with hemodialysis were chosen as research object from January to April of 2016, who all received static drops of baking soda for hemodialysis therapy, and were given a comprehensive care. To analyze their dialysis related symptoms and nursing satisfaction. Results During hemodialysis, the rates of dialysis related symptoms such as hypotension, nausea, vomiting, itching, etc were all 11.1 I%, the average score of nursing satisfaction was （ 93.25 ＋_ 2.14 ） .Conclusion Static drops of baking soda combined with comprehensive nursing in hemodialysis can reduce the incidence ofrelated symptoms ofthe patients receiving hemodialysis, improve nursing satisfaction. Suggestions to be worthy ofclinical popularization.
