护理安全管理中实施案例分析法的效果分析

目的研究案例分析法应用于护理安全管理中的作用与意义。方法通过收集临床护理不良事件典型案例，召开低年资护士案例分析会、护士长案例分析会与病区案例分析会促使护士进行案例分析，提出改善与预防方法。结果实施案例分析法后，护理不良事件主动上报率与实施案例分析法前比较有明显提高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。同时护理不良事件发生率与实施案例分析法前比较也有明显降低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过在护理安全管理中实施案例分析法，不仅有助于提升护理人员的安全意识，还有助于降低护理不良事件的发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical curatie effect of the method and effects of cases analysis method in nursing safety management. Methods Clinical nursing adverse cases was collected, through holding cases analysis meeting in wards, among head-nurses and juflior nurses, and proposing the detailed improvement and prevention measures Results The report rate of adverse nursing events was increased than before （ P〈0.01 ） . incidence of adverse nursing events was decreased （P〈0.05） . Conclusions The application of cases analysis in safety education can improve nurses＇s safety consciousness and decrease the incidence of adverse nursing events.
