OPG／RANK／RANKL系统对骨质疏松症的影响 被引量：2

摘要 骨质疏松症（Osteoporosis，OP）是一种全身f生骨骼疾病，其特征是低骨量和骨组织微结构退化，使骨脆性增加，导致骨折发生概率增加。目前，骨折疏松是临床上较为常见的疾病，尤以老年人发病为多。相关调查显示全球约1／3的女性和1／5的男性受到不同程度的骨质疏松困扰。本文就OPG／RANK／RANKL表达对骨质疏松的影响进行了系统的分析和阐述，从而为骨质疏松的研究与防治提供一定的参考。
